“Palki” is one of the very few, if not only, online Bengali magazine that is offering a small token of appreciation to our winners. Our aim is not to classically “rate” any submission as we belive no one can truly rate any creative work. Every creation is special to the creator and every reader might have different levels of appreciation. Our goal is to promote quality creations among Bengali mass. We would like to request all to submit more and more articles to us and refer us to friends and family.
Third Place goes to Gabriel Suman for his collection of poems;
Second Place to Roddur, for his poems;
And the First Place goes to Kaustubh Adhikari for his original writing, Shoro Rifu - overwhelmingly chosen as the top contender by the reviewers.
A Special Award has been announced for the submissions in the Art section. Indra Majumdar is our winner from the art category.
Based on the numerical scores, an Honorable Mention goes to the travelogue by Coco Mademoiselle, whose submission was very close to the Third Place. Other Palki segments that have aroused considerable interest amongst reviewers include the interviews of the poets, the write up on Oorja in the Audio section, and the mouth-watering recipes by Soumyashree.
We believe Palki 4 has been the richest of all Palki publications so far and we will sure improve more in Palki 5.
